They had only been dating for a couple of weeks when he played a song for her. The words were fitting for the butterflies still flying in both of their stomachs. As her toes tapped, the smile grew on her face. The same smile she had when I did her maternity photos a few weeks ago. The kind of smile that makes your entire being glow.
“…sweeter than a honey bee… baby been sweet on me…”
When she found out she was pregnant, and later found out they were having a baby boy, she knew they had to incorporate the song into the nursery. They quickly decided on a honey bee theme, and it couldn’t be more fitting. The golden walls of the nursery fills the room with the same joy that crept across his momma’s face when she was first in love.
The same smile she has when she holds her little honey bee.
World, meet Weston. Sweeter than a honey bee. And three times as cute.
